Click on the link in the blue box below to enter the University of Konstanz's document management system (Alfresco). There you will find an overview of different document templates for all types of meetings (e.g. for departmental and faculty councils, the Rectorate and Senate).

Important: If you would like to use a document for a meeting of the Rectorate, you need to get a document number from: Sabine Mack (Senate meetings) or Maximilian Mertel (Rectorate meetings).
The deadline is 12:00 on the Monday nine days before the respective meeting of the Senate/Rectorate.
