Course evaluations provide valuable feedback. Good to know: evasys+ now allows you to set the evaluation period more flexibly starting this summer semester. This was one of the main requests voiced at the 2022 "Tag der Lehre" event (day of teaching). As soon as the surveys have been generated in the system, teachers automatically receive a corresponding email and can manage their evaluations using evasys+ if they wish. The time period for online course evaluations opened at the beginning of June 2023.

We expressly recommend that teachers give students ample time (approx. 10-15 minutes) to complete course evaluations during a live/in-person class, since this will ensure a higher response rate. This, in turn, is essential for getting meaningful results. After receiving the evaluation results, please discuss them with your students in order to ensure the quality of a course and its further development.

Please note that the deadline for the Study Commission's report is 16 July 2023. All results available by this date will be included in the report.
